Since June 2025, the planning committee has been diligently discerning the needs and interests of our Black Catholic community in order to develop a meaningful pastoral plan of action.

Are you looking for a quiet hour with Our Lord? SJV Eucharistic Adoration Ministry welcomes you. We currently have several Adoration hours in need of a regular Adorer.
Adoration commitment runs through October 31, 2026. We have a substitute Request procedure for times that you are not available.

Come for fellowship, May Procession for Mary beforehand with Fr. John and all of religious education students. We will have booths for camp information and sign ups, Claim and purchase a Theater Seat, and the breakfast team is preparing MAY-mimosa's ~ yummy!
Monitors, money counters, coaches, youth leaders, camp volunteers, school field trips, preschool substitutes, all of these positions require Virtus Clearance.
Kim Stack, our Child Protection Coordinator will be available to process forms, help you register for online training and fingerprinting. If you think you will serve this summer or throughout the coming year, please come to the FLC from 6-8pm on Thursday, April 30th. We would love to share all the ways you can support the parish and protect our children.
Join us next Tuesday evening for Faith and Fellowship. Please use the sign up to let us know for attendance items needed and potluck dinner participation.

You are invited to join us for a family friendly Passover Seder meal on Sunday, March 8 at 3 pm in the Vianney Room. You won’t want to miss this beautiful tradition where we remember the roots of the Eucharist in the Jewish Passover. A potluck dinner will follow the symbolic Seder.
Please let us know you’re coming, and if you can bring a dish to share by clicking the Seder meal image or contacting the parish office. If you are able to sign up for a dish to bring that would be welcomed as well.
